Returns

For qualified orders, you may return your item for a full-refund within 30-days of the original shipment date. Beyond 30-days, no returns of any kind will be accepted. Please use the form below to submit a return request.

We will only accept returns for the following reasons:

• Item is defective or doesn't work

Warranty Replacement

All previously loved products come with a 90-days warranty on craftsmanship and parts. Please reach out to customer service to submit a Warranty Request and a warranty specialist will process your request within 1-2 business days.
